We adhere to a fixed end date policy and took charge to monitor our suppliers to ensure that the products maintain to adhere to the Cruelty-Free programme standards. Our supplier observation system is also independently examined.

Yes! All our Incredible Man products are formulated and filled right here in INDIA.

All our Incredible Man products can be used within 2 years from the manufacturing date.

We have not added any harmful elements in our Incredible man’s products such as Parabens, Sulphates, Petrochemicals and Mineral Oils, which can irritate sensitive skin.

Still, your skin is highly sensitive to essential oils, then you can choose our sensitive range of products that are formulated with more soothing ingredients to limit the risk of your skin reacting.

We don’t send out free samples. With any skin or hair care products, it is recommended to have a skin sensitivity test before using them.

Yes, teenagers can also use our Incredible Man products. We have all-natural and skin-friendly products by the ingredients in which there are NO Parabens, Sulphates (SLS SLES), Synthetic Dye, Mineral Oils or Petrolatum.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is shipped. You can track your order and view the information on our website by clicking on the link ‘View Your Order‘. Or, in your account section on our website select the relevant order and the tracking information.

We work immediately once an order is placed. So please inform us of the shipping address modification as soon as possible at care@incredibleman.in. We will try to arrange our best to reach your order before it dispatches, but please note that this won’t be convenient to repeat continuously!

We pack immediately once an order is placed. So it’s really difficult to make any changes to your order once it’s been placed. We won’t be able to accept changes in the delivery option, payment method or products in your order. But, we may be able to accept a change in the shipping address if you inform us as soon as possible at  care@incredibleman.in.

Unfortunately, due to the strict hygienic standards, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns of any products as we cannot re-sell them to other customers.

Refunds & Returns will be provided only in rare cases within 3 days of its delivery. Please contact our customer support team via email care@incredibleman.in within 3 days of its delivery to help you further in your case. Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference. The customer will have to ship the product back to our warehouse on their own behalf. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their invoices intact.

We take 3 to 5 business days from the date of receiving of the products Incredibleman.in to initiate NEFT transfer and 7 to 10 days for their fund into your Credit/Debit/Net banking account after the returned item has reached us and quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund time really depends on the time it takes the courier company to deliver the packet to the returns processing facility. In the case of any refund discrepancies, Incredibleman.in may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

You can cancel an order until it has not been packed in or shipped from our Warehouse. This includes the gift items also. Just email us at care@incredibleman.in and we would help you out. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 3 days of receiving the order:

When you open the box, look the product over carefully for any broken parts. Drop us a mail at care@incredibleman.in and attach a photo of the damaged item. We would ship a new product asap or refund your money

Now this really embarrassing. We don’t like this either, but stuff happens. If it ever happens to you, contact us and we’ll help you out solving the problem. We would ship the missing product asap or refund your money.

In case, if the payment is deducted from your account and the order has been not placed, please write us on care@incredibleman.in with your Payment/Transaction Id. We will ensure to check from our end and update you about it soon.
